Our Next 100 Days

A year ago this week, I started a 6 week sabbatical. It was great, and mostly restful. The care package that the team gave me as I left (above) was phenomenal. Truly love this team.

This year, we're in a different season. Instead of 'checking out', I feel like I'm 'doubling down'... and not just me but the whole team. In fact, we have a name for it. We're calling it the RT 100 Day Transformation.

What does that mean? It means we are naming some big goals, giving ourselves a time limit, and achieving them within it.

The bigger picture is this. 2015 started out very difficult... mainly because of the actions of another person. Sorry for my vagueness, but that's the level I want to communicate about it at this time. Because of these actions, we essentially felt the need to 'anchor the boat' and start the clean up process. This took months. As we cleaned the 'boat', we noticed other areas that needed cleaning too.  So we stayed anchored... not moving. We've been getting a lot done, but not really moving forward.  A couple weeks ago, we decided it was time to pull the anchor up, and start sailing again. So that's what we're doing, and that's where the 100 Day Transformation comes in.

Please pray for us as we seek to improve many areas of our company, as well as accomplish some killer goals. We are focusing our attention on our structure, innovation, marketing, spiritual growth, and partnerships. Let's do this thing!
